Ainsley & Scarlett

Last week I got to work with Ainsley & Scarlett again.  If this little ladies look familiar its because they have been in front of my camera before.
Like always, these girls come dressed to impress.  Their matching outfits were so adorable and their painted toes just tied everything together.  During our session, we joked around that I didn’t have a pedicure but that these two ladies did.  I obviously need to take some tips from them!

We got to hang out at the beautiful Brookside Gardens for their session.  These girls are always SO much fun to work with!!

Cherry Blossom’s 2013

Yesterday, I had the honor of shooting a first birthday family session in DC (picture to come).  The weather was finally warm, and the Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom!  It was the first day that ALL of the trees has blooms on them.  I was in photographer heaven.

I was lucky to have my friend and fellow photographer Mischa accompany me to my session.  As we were walking back to the metro we were stopped to take a couple of quick pictures of the beautiful cherry blossoms.

Estie’s Maternity Session

Well, what can I say I am late posting this maternity session too.  :)

But, that is okay.  At least I am posting it, right?

To say I had fun with this soon to be mom and dad is an understatement.  They were both very laid back, easy to work with and willing to try all the crazy ideas I had for their session.  Plus, he is in the military ( like my husband) and they are Notre Dame fans!!

They called their soon to be son “baby fish” so of course we had to take a picture with a baby fish!

Keep an eye out, their little man’s newborn pictures will be posted on the blog soon.  I can’t believe he is a month old already!!!

Angela’s Maternity Session

I’ve always been told things are “better late then never”.

Hopefully that goes from blogs as well, because this post is SUPER late.

This past spring I got to capture this beautiful mother-to-be.  She has since had her baby – who is 3 months old.  I told you I am really late with this post. :)

I had such a blast working with this family.  Angela has to be one of the most beautiful pregnant women ever!! I wish I looked this amazing.  Her family and I met up at Brookside Gardens, which is such a beautiful location.
